Our onboarding program
As a customer, you will be assigned a specialised Customer Success manager who will guide you through the Wide Ideas onboarding program (three meetings of 75 minutes and a follow-up meeting of 45 minutes) to ensure that you get the most out of the platform.
The onboarding program consists of three main parts and each part includes demo, examples, training, support and coaching. The three main parts are:
